The purpose of Dayton International Preps Basketball Program is to preserve and enhance the educational opportunities available to the student-athletes while boosting their opportunities without losing a year of athletic eligibility.

Our mission is to create not only great basketball players, but great individuals.

Personalization - We focus on removing limits and maximizing the student-athlete’s potential.

Quiana Bickham - began her love for basketball in 2014 as a Mentor Service Coordinator for Dakota Vipers youth basketball team. While serving as the coordinator, she scheduled games, organized tournaments and events, recruited players for the organization.  She started her career in nonprofit at Montgomery County Mentoring Collaborative, (2011-2012) Host Site East End Community Services, (2012-2013) Ohio Association of Food banks, and in 2014 as an AmeriCorps Volunteer with the Dakota Center's Homework Club after school program. Quiana is a 2015 graduate of Dayton Neighborhood Leadership Institute (NLI), a member of Women of Wisdom (W.O.W), Black Leadership Development Alumni (2016), President of Black Leadership Development (2018-), Home Visitor for Wesley Dayton's Infant Mortality Program, (2018-) Advisory Board for Area Agency on Aging (2019-) and Co-Facilitator for Preschool Promise (2020) and President of Expressions of Life. 

 Currently reside in Dayton, Ohio area.

I have 26 years of high level prep school, college and overseas professional basketball head coaching experience! I’ve coached major college basketball at Coppin State University (NCAA Division I) and been a Head Professional Coach in the following countries; Taiwan, Dominican Republic, Tonga, Turks & Caicos, Lebanon and Belize. I also have college basketball experience at the NJCAA and NAIA college basketball levels.

My head coaching background at the prep school level includes back to back National Championships in 2003 and 2004. It also includes sending over 30 players to the NCAA Division I level from 2002 to 2006!

Won Silver & Bronze Medal

2014 & 2015 USA Jones Cup Men’s National Team General Manager (Taiwan) worked beside former NBA Coach of the Year Sam Mitchell

2020 & 2021 Latinbasket.com Coach of the Year winning back to back United Cup Championships in Dominican Republic

 Coach K ~ Relocated to Dayton, Ohio in 2014 and brought with him an open mind and experience to coaching.  An Avid coach for over 18 years, student/athletes from all over the area have benefited from his "Progression, not Regression" style of training and coaching. His "why" has now become his moniker "What do you think we're training for?"  His experience includes coaching High School basketball, recreational and AAU levels.  Coach K has developed a style of training that is different from coaching. Instilling a "D.A.W.G.Z mentality" as his core values rings true with Determination, Accountability, Winning, Growth and Zealousness. With two undefeated seasons under his belt as a coach, countless student/athletes he has trained, included professional Patrick Wrencher Jr (who played for Borea, Orbi, Vamos Lobos, KK Pula and Los Bufalos de Managua). Coach never loses site of his foundation and support from his family.  Having this in the forefront of his mind helps him to build a connection with his student/athletes.
